CRITICAL POINTS TO CONSIDER

2. Once Excorp Trading has received the completed form, we can go to work! Excorp Trading will review your submission and begin sourcing it by seeking the right factory to manufacture your product. 3. Receive ExCorpTrading proposal. Excorp Trading will submit a proposal to you indicating price, lead-time, molds and production details and delivery options.

4. Molds and samples are created to product preliminary product for client approval. ExCorpTrading will QC samples before they are shipped to make sure that the sample process goes as quickly as possible.

2. After you get the pre-production samples, you can give us feedback on the samples. Sometimes there are minor changes that need to be made or sometimes clients realize that they would like something completely different. ExCorpTrading and our factories may determine that there is a better or more efficient way to achieve the same idea or look. This is the time for these changes – actually, it’s the last opportunity to change things before production costs are incurred.

3. If adjustments are needed and additional samples are required, we’ll ship out samples to you for review again. At the point that the sample cycle is complete we’ll move on to production.

4. Production begins when deposits are paid, molds are finished, samples are approved and all the artwork and shipping information has been received by ExCorpTrading.

5. One of the biggest pluses of working with ExCorpTrading is the fact that our full time QC staff will monitor production from start to finish. Depending on the quantity and complexity of the product, production can take 30 to 90 days. You don’t have the time to do daily or even bi-weekly QC for 3 months — we do. An important factor to consider before you start production is how you want your product shipped. Your choice will affect the total cost and timing of delivery. Costs and times vary depending on shipping method: courier service, air freight or surface freight. Courier services like DHL, UPS or FedEx are the fastest, but most expensive. These services are great for small shipments (up to 250 lbs.) or samples that need to get to the Australia or China . quickly. Prices depend on the weight and dimensions of goods shipped and times typically range from 2 to 5 days. Air freight typically takes 6 – 10 days door to door and will cost about 25% to 50% of your total order price. Sea or surface freight takes about 4 weeks door to door, depending on destination, and will typically cost 12% of your total order price. Prices are seasonal and change often. All ExCorpTrading bids are FOB China or Australia – that means we’ll commit to getting your production onto a ship in a port in China or Australia by a specified time. Shipping schedules, destinations, the market season, individual freight forwarders, Australia and Chinese Customs and even the weather will affect your delivery time.
